David Blatner is a consultant specializing in InDesign, QuarkXPress and Photoshop. He has authored or co-authored 13 books, including Real World Adobe InDesign, InDesign for QuarkXPress Users, the award-winning bestseller The QuarkXPress Book, Real World Photoshop, Real World Scanning and Halftoning, and QuarkXPress Tips & Tricks. David presents at workshops and conferences around North America and Japan, including at Seybold Seminars, The Photoshop Conference, and Digital Design World.

Ted Alspach is the author of more than 30 books on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other graphic design software. He spent more than seven years at Adobe in product management for Illustrator and the Creative Suite, never losing sight of the way that the products are used and the issues that designers face on a daily basis. Scott Citron is an international award-winning graphic designer and principal of Scott Citron Design in New York City, specializing in fine book design and corporate identity development. Scott is also a member of the Art Directors Club and a founding member and current chair of the New York InDesign Users' Group. After a long career in advertising, Sandee Cohen began teaching computer graphics thirteen years ago. She has taught for New York University, New School University, the University of Hawaii, City College in New York, as well as many private organizations. A dynamic and entertaining speaker, she has been a frequent participant at Seybold Seminars, Macworld Expo, and Thunder Lizard events. She is the co-author of Acrobat 5 Master Class as well as author of books on InDesign, Fireworks, FreeHand, Illustrator, and desktop publishing.
Anne-Marie "HerGeekness" Concepción is an accomplished design studio owner, consultant, trainer, author and speaker on all things related to digital design and production. Her Chicago-based firm Seneca Design & Training creates print, web and interactive PDF projects for clients including the Joyce Foundation, the International Housewares Show and LobsterGram. Anne-Marie is also a seasoned Adobe and Quark authorized trainer with clients across the country, recently helping BBDO, McDougal Littel, Loyola Press, Playboy Enterprises and McDonalds Corp. move to Adobe InDesign, often helping them incorporate Adobe InCopy as well. Formally trained in graphic design, Kacey identified a large gap in the industry in regard to technology. Kacey trains internationally for Adobe products. She also art directs several publications, writes for well-known design magazines, and speaks at industry conferences.
Jori Curry is President and Director of Training for Ascend Training, and an Adobe Certified Expert. Jori has been teaching Photoshop since 1996, and has an Art degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She started out her career in the Advertising biz doing computer design in addition to keyline pasteup. She then went on to serve as an Art Director at Anixter International. She has also worked as a Technical Advisor to Pearson in their Photoshop Que series. Jori has also lectured at the HOW Design Conference and the Mac Design Conference. She continues to do design work in the print and web fields, in addition to being an avid photographer.
Mordy Golding, an Adobe Certified Expert and Adobe Certified Print Specialist, has served as a hands-on trainer and has spoken at worldwide events and seminars including Macworld, Seybold, NAB, and PhotoshopWorld. His books include the soon-to-be-released Real World Illustrator CS, SAMS Teach Yourself Adobe Creative Suite All in One, The Web Designer's Guide to Color and SAMS Teach Yourself Adobe Illustrator in 24 Hours. Mordy has also recorded several training videos including Illustrator Fundamental Techniques and Advanced Techniques by Software Cinema (www.software-cinema.com) and Learning Adobe CS Integration and Version Cue by Lynda.com (www.lynda.com). Steve Holmes is an award-winning British designer, and creative director of Energi Design in Sausalito, California. Renowned for his print and web design work, his love of typography is visible in all his work, including motion graphics and animation. Known the world over as Total Training's presenter for InDesign, Creative Suite and After Effects video training series, and as the face-in-the-box for Adobe software training CDs, he also presents and teaches design and animation with Adobe's software tools, on their behalf, at major trade shows around the world. A passionate graphic designer, he has been using InDesign for almost seven years, and is one of the founding members of the San Francisco Bay Area InDesign User Group.
Dov Isaacs is a Principal Scientist in the Print Workflow Products Group at Adobe Systems Incorporated. He has responsibility for workflow and product interoperability issues associated with print publishing workflow products. Additionally, he monitors numerous InDesign, FrameMaker, PDF, prepress, and printing mailing lists and user forums, not only contributing advice and solutions, especially in the area of printing and PDF creation, but also using the issues raised and problems identified as feedback for Adobe product development. Previously, Dov founded Adobe's corporate Product Interoperability Group and also served in other engineering and marketing management positions within Adobe including serving seven years as Director of Quality Assurance for Adobe's PostScript printing products and drivers.
Claudia McCue incorporates more than 20 years of traditional and digital prepress production experience in her current incarnation as a consultant and trainer for the graphic arts industry. Claudia's company, Practicalia LLC (http://www.practicalia.net), provides custom onsite training for a national client base of design firms, publications, printing companies and marketing professionals. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and has been fond of InDesign since it was known as "K2."

Branislav Milic is one of Europe's most acclaimed InDesign gurus. Based in Brussels, Branislav is a freelance columnist and journalist for many web sites and magazines, and is known as an experienced DTP operator and editor of the only website completely dedicated to InDesign (since version 1.0 in September, 1999) : milic.net/indesign. Branislav is also an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor in Acrobat 7.0 Professional, Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2, Photoshop CS2 and his training center in Brussels is an Adobe Authorized Training Center. Due to the current InDesign frenzy among pressgroups, institutions, and agencies, he works as a full time consultant and trainer in a dozen European countries.
Bert Monroy is an accomplished teacher and lecturer who has served on the faculty of The School of Visual Arts (NYC), Center for Creative Imaging (ME), Dynamic Graphics Educational Foundation (IL), California College of Arts & Crafts (CA) and lectures at many other institutions and conferences around the world. He currently teaches at San Francisco State University. He teaches a long roster of corporate clients which includes Pixar Animations Studios. Bert is also a featured speaker at many world-wide conferences and is part of the Photoshop Dream Team of Photoshop World. Bert now lives in Berkeley, California. He continues to serve his installed base of clients which include Apple Computer, Adobe Systems, Pioneer Electronics, Fujitsu, SONY, AT&T, Chevron and American Express. Bert has also done a considerable amount of film work for Industrial Light & Magic, Pacific Data Images and R/Greenberg Assoc.

Michael Ninness moved to Seattle in 1989 to study for a Graphic Design BFA at the University of Washington. He paid his way through design school by teaching professional designers and photographers digital imaging tools and techniques. He also has over seven years experience in the graphics software industry as a product manager and user interface designer of products for creative professionals at Extensis, Microsoft, and Adobe. In early 2005, Michael returned to his training roots and joined the team at Lynda.com, an award-winning education provider of self-paced online video training, CD-ROMs, books and events for creative professionals. He is the author of several training videos including Photoshop Power Shortcuts and Photoshop CS2 Essential Training.
Adam Pratt is an Application Engineer at Adobe Systems where he supports all of Adobe's products for creative professionals. He's an Adobe Certified Expert in every application in Adobe's Creative Suite, and the first certified Creative Suite Master in the world. He's the co-author of three GoLive books including Adobe GoLive CS Tips and Tricks and he has extensive professional experience in Web, print, and multimedia design.
