Great CSS Layout Techniques (9:00-9:45) You've seen how to float a div to create a 2 column layout, but what about more advanced layouts? In this section, you will see how to expand that concept to 3 or more columns, you will understand positioning (absolute, relative, etc.), work with clearfix and other methods, and even percent based layouts to start to understand how "responsive web design" works. Cool CSS Type Techniques (9:45-10:30) Every web site or page, for that matter, starts with some styling that is really generic. In this section you will break out of the generic formatting and create some exciting typography for drop caps, quotes, really understanding and seeing hosted fonts, understand and use percent and em based sizings, vertically align text. You'll even see more shorthand, applying multiple classes to one object and much more.
